Yoga with Connie

 

A 45-minute session of seated yoga, paired with relaxing music uplifts the mind, body and soul. Meditation controlled deep breathing and stretching leaves you feeling refreshed, at peace and ready to head out into the world.

Healthy Lifestyle Cooking

Do you have a favorite restaurant or a food that you love to eat? Ever wondered how to prepare these yummy dishes at home? In cooking class, we cook simple, easy meals that are healthy but still taste delicious.

Fitness Class with Brian

 

1 hour of seated and standing exercises using light weights as well as gentle aerobic and anerobic movements, some boxing and stretching
